It’s okay to be selfish [beloved]. This workshop is dedicated to the art of of Self-Care. We will explore the importance of maintaining a consistent self care routine and how it affects your mind, body and spirit. We will learn self care techniques that will help clear physical and emotional blockages while restoring natural energy flow such as Reiki, positive self talk, aromatherapy, massage and spiritual bathing.
